Patricia Dominguez
Assistant Director
My name is Patricia Dominguez; this school year, 2022-2023, I
commenced my 26th year in the education field. During these years, I
have had the opportunity to make a difference in each child that I
have encountered. I started my journey soon after graduating from
Martin High School in 1995, and I continue to endure the passion of
teaching. My early years as an educator began at a learning center
from 1996-2009. After 13 years at a learning center, I took on a new
journey at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School, where I had the
opportunity of various teaching positions. From 2010-2012, I worked
with 6th graders, teaching social studies and science. From May 2013
to May 2019, I became a Pre-K 4 teacher. In August 2019, I began my
journey at KC2 as a Pre-K teacher. During my first school year at KC2,
I took on a new opportunity as I began my certification as a TSR
Participant. For the next three school years, I worked very closely
with administration and mentors through the Children Learning
Institute until I completed the full certification. During this time,
I obtained knowledge and teaching techniques that allowed me to become
a better educator for our little ones. This school year, 2022-2023, I
was promoted to Assistant Director, where I will work very closely
with the administration to focus on and create great opportunities for
our students. In addition, as I strive to expand my professional
development and after being awarded a T.E.A.C.H. Scholarship, I
embarked on the continuation of college, where I will be working very
hard to complete my associate’s and someday reach my Bachelor’s.
